I&#8217;m now officially writing the last chapter, <em>The Seeds of the Rebellion. <\/em>It will finish tying up the events of the first novel\u00a0and set the stage for the second, <em>Wrath of the Peregrine King<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The book now stands at 133,754 words, or about 382 \u201cpaperback equivalent pages\u201d (PEP). My current estimate for the final length is about 139,000 words, or just shy of 400 PEP.\u00a0I&#8217;m hoping to be able to get through the editing, production and marketing activities needed over the next few months, and to publish it sometime this summer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chapter 24 of Dawn of Chaos\u00a0\u2014 now titled\u00a0Homecomings\u00a0\u2014 is complete.
